- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆September 11, 2019, by Edward SchaafOnce a centerpiece of Commerce for a small town it is now a dwindling remnant of its former self. Surrounded by homeless communities on the banks of the Elk Creek and a methadone treatment center nearby it's a hotspot for breaking and entering in people's vehicles. Our local police force has been cleaning the place up though. And the owners are trying to reinvigorate the shopping center with a new Kingpin store or two. I wish them luck I hope it succeeds Our Town needs it.
